Order Policy

All orders are processed and prepared according to the schedule below:

• Monday – Thursday: The cutoff time for same-day order processing is 4:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

• Friday: The cutoff time is 3:45 PM. Orders placed after 3:45 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Please ensure all order details and delivery addresses are accurate before submitting, as modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
